Job Responsibilities
- Conduct classes according to the school syllabus and academic standards.
- Prepare lesson plans and necessary teaching materials.
- Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement.
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic feedback.
- Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and school authority.
- Perform additional academic responsibilities assigned by the Principal/Coordinator.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- O/A Level background will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an English Medium School.
- Private tutoring experience will not be considered.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to conduct online classes using platforms such as Zoom and Google Classroom.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
