Educational Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- MBA with professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or ACCA (part-qualified candidates may apply)
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in any business organization
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading financial management and internal control systems to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensuring donor finance management and grant compliance
- Supervising commercial finance operations and ensuring sustainability
- Ensuring compliance with NBR (Tax and VAT) regulations and RJSC matters
- Managing treasury operations, cash flow, and statutory compliance
- Preparing financial reports and providing decision-making support to management
- Leading audit functions and strengthening risk management practices
- Guiding and developing the finance team through effective leadership
