Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers inquiring about account, loan, or card status.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and troubleshoot critical queries.
- Monitor issues, follow up, and escalate to supervisors when needed.
- Maintain call logs, prepare reports, and achieve daily targets.
- Upsell bank products and services where appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead or management.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Honors degree from any reputed university or institution.
- Experience: At least 2 years (preferably in banking sector / call center operations). Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Age Limit: 21 to 30 years.
- Required Skills & Expertise:
- Fluent in Bengali and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer operations.
- Excellent communication skills and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to work on roster/shift duties (including rotational shifts).
- Strong sense of responsibility, analytical mindset, and target-oriented approach.
