Pay via Teletalk SMS to 16222Send two SMS messages (see SMS instructions below). Payment must be completed within 72 hours of submission.
Keep your credentials safeAfter payment, you receive a Password via SMS. Use your User ID and Password to download your admit card when the exam date is announced.

Documents Required at Oral/Written Exam
- Printed admit card (Roll number print)
- All academic qualification certificates (originals)
- Applicant's Copy (online printout)
- National ID card / Birth Registration certificate (certified copy)
- Permanent residence certificate from Ward Commissioner or Union Chairman
- Character certificate from Union Parishad Chairman or Mayor (9th grade or equivalent Gazette officer)
- Quota proof document (certified copy, for quota candidates)
- No-objection certificate from employer (for in-service candidates)
- One certified set of all the above (1 attested photocopy each)
Key Conditions
- Apply to only ONE post. Multiple post applications will all be cancelled.
- Currently employed candidates must apply with prior employer permission and mark the Departmental Candidate box in the form.
- Applicants who applied before against the earlier circular dated 01/10/2025 (notice no. 47.72.8592.003.11.003.24-141) need not re-apply for the same post — their old applications remain valid.
- No 3rd division/class anywhere in the academic career (for most posts).
- No TA/DA is provided for attending examinations.
- Authority may increase, decrease, or cancel any post without prior notice.
- Providing false information will result in cancellation of candidacy at any stage plus legal action.
- Latest government quota and reservation rules apply to all posts.
