By accessing or using recruitment.bd ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. User Accounts
You must register with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Job Seekers
Job seekers may create profiles, upload CVs, and apply for jobs. You warrant that all information in your profile is accurate. You may not misrepresent your qualifications or experience.
4. Employers
Employers may post job listings subject to our content guidelines. Job postings must be genuine and lawful. We reserve the right to remove any posting that violates our guidelines or applicable law.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: post false information, spam, harass other users, scrape or automate data collection, attempt to breach security, post discriminatory or illegal content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, and software is owned by recruitment.bd or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, the conduct of employers or seekers, or employment outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, recruitment.bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
