• To allow employers to view your profile and CV when you apply for jobs

As a core function of our job portal, we share your information with employers in the following situations:

• When you apply for a job: Your profile information, CV, contact details, and cover letter are shared with the employer
• When your profile is in CV Bank: Employers can search and view your profile if you have enabled CV Bank visibility
• When you accept an interview: Additional contact information may be shared for scheduling purposes
• When you use the "Quick Apply" feature: Your basic profile information is sent to the employer
• Your name, email, phone, education, experience, and skills are always visible to employers receiving your application

We respect your privacy and do not share your information in these cases:

• We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties
• We do NOT share your information with employers for jobs you have NOT applied to (unless CV Bank is enabled)
• We do NOT share sensitive information like NID number, exact date of birth with employers
• We do NOT share your information with other job seekers or general public
• We do NOT share your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent

You have control over your privacy settings:

• CV Bank Visibility: Choose between Public, Employers Only, or Hidden
• Profile Visibility: Control which information is shown to employers
• Job Alerts: Enable or disable email and SMS notifications
• Application History: View and delete your application records
• Account Deletion: Request complete removal of your data

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience:
