Who Can Apply?
✅ You ARE Eligible If:
- You hold a Master's degree or a 4-year Bachelor's/Honours (Pass) degree from a recognized university in any subject.
- You have at least 1st Division/Class in both SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent (minimum 2 first divisions total across all public exams).
- Your GPA meets the thresholds: SSC/HSC — GPA 3.00+ for 1st Division; GPA 2.00–2.99 for 2nd Division.
- Your CGPA meets university equivalents: 3.00/4.00 or 3.75/5.00 = 1st Division; 2.25/4.00 or 2.813/5.00 = 2nd Division.
- You are between 21 and 32 years old as of April 1, 2026.
- You are a genuine Bangladeshi citizen.
❌ You Are NOT Eligible If:
- You have a 3rd Division/Class at any academic level.
- Your age is below 21 or above 32 as of April 1, 2026.
- You already have more than one CV registered in the Bangladesh Bank system.
How to Apply — Step by Step
Register / Log In Online
Visit erecruitment.bb.org.bd. New applicants must complete online registration to get a CV ID Number and Password. Previously registered applicants can log in with existing credentials.
Fill in the Application Form
Complete all required fields accurately — name, parents' names, and date of birth must match your SSC certificate. Upload a recent colour photo (600×600 px, max 100 KB, white background, face uncovered) and signature (300×80 px, max 60 KB, black ink on white paper).
Set Institution Preference Order
Rank all listed institutions in your preferred order. This cannot be changed after submission. Candidates will be considered for institutions based on merit and their stated preference.
Pay the Application Fee via Rocket (Dutch Bangla Bank MFS)
Use the Rocket app or Manual "Bill Pay" option. Select Biller: Bankers Selection Committee Secretariat (Biller ID: 499). Enter Job ID 26101, your CV ID, and pay ৳200. Save the Transaction ID (TxnID). Underprivileged quota candidates pay ৳50 (but must apply for the ৳150 refund separately).
Complete Payment Verify
Log back into the recruitment portal and enter your TxnID in the Payment Verify section by June 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Failure to verify = incomplete application and no Admit Card.
Save Your Tracking Page
After Payment Verify, you will receive a Tracking Page with a Tracking ID. Save both soft and hard copies. This is your proof of application — no duplicate copies will be issued after the deadline.
Selection Process
The recruitment follows a three-stage process:
Preliminary (MCQ) Written Examination
An initial screening test. Admit card download dates and exam schedule will be announced on the Bangladesh Bank recruitment website and in national daily newspapers.
Main Written Examination
Candidates who pass the preliminary test sit for the main descriptive written exam covering relevant banking and general knowledge topics.
Viva Voce (Oral Examination)
Written exam qualifiers appear before a panel. All original certificates and documents listed in the online application must be presented. Any discrepancy found may disqualify the candidate from the panel.
