Educational Qualification & Skills

1. General Candidates:
   
   
   • Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification in the Commerce stream with at least a second division or equivalent GPA from a recognized board.
     
     
   • Computer training certificate.
     
     
   • Computer typing speed: Minimum 20 words per minute in both Bengali and English.
     
     
2. Union Digital Center (UDC) Entrepreneurs (Writ Petition Case Parties):
   
   
   • HSC or equivalent qualification from any stream with at least a second division or equivalent GPA.
     
     
   • Age limit is relaxed for UDC entrepreneurs involved in the specified writ petitions.
     
     

Age Limit & Eligibility

• Age Range: 18 to 32 years (determined based on educational certificates and NID).
  
  
• No affidavits regarding age proof will be accepted.
  
  
• Applicants must be Bangladeshi citizens and permanent residents of Netrokona district.

  • General Candidates: Tk. 100 (Application Fee) + Tk. 12 (Teletalk Service Charge) = Total Tk. 112.
    
    
  • Underprivileged Groups (Ethnic Minorities, Persons with Disabilities, Third Gender): Tk. 50 + Tk. 6 = Total Tk. 56.
    
    
• Payment is to be completed via Teletalk pre-paid mobile SMS within 72 hours after applying.
  
  

Selection Process

1. Written Examination
   
   
2. Practical Test & Oral Examination (Viva Voce): Only candidates passing the written test will proceed to the practical and viva voce stages.
