Key Positions and Educational Qualifications
Grade-9 Positions (Pay Scale: BDT 44,000 – 1,05,900)
Assistant Manager (Admin): Master's degree in any discipline or a 4-year graduation degree after H.S.C.
Assistant Manager (Law): Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) or a 4-year LL.B. (Honours) degree.
Assistant Manager (Finance): Master's degree in Business/Commerce subjects or a 4-year graduation degree in Business.
Assistant Manager (Engineering): B.Sc. in relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, CSE/IT, Chemical, Petroleum, IPE, Metallurgy, Electronics, Automobile) or a 4-year Diploma in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.
Specialized Assistant Managers: Positions are open across disciplines including Geology, Geophysics, Geochemistry, Chemistry, Environment, and Medical Officers (MBBS).
Grade-10 Positions (Pay Scale: BDT 32,000 – 77,300)
Assistant Officer (Admin/Finance/Law): Master's degree or 4-year graduation in relevant fields, or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of administrative/finance experience in Grade-13 or above in government/semi-government/autonomous organizations.
Sub-Assistant Engineer / Assistant Technical Officer: 4-year Diploma in Engineering in specified fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer, Electronics, Automobile, Chemical, Power, Telecom).

General Eligibility & Key Guidelines
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as of September 1, 2026. Age will be verified based on the S.S.C. certificate date of birth.
Academic Record: Candidates with any Third Division/Class or equivalent CGPA in their academic background are not eligible to apply.
Single Application Rule: Candidates can apply for only one post. Submitting multiple applications will result in the cancellation of all submissions.
Company Preference: Applicants must rank their company preferences during online submission. Preference order cannot be changed later.
Application Fee: BDT 223 (BDT 200 exam fee + BDT 23 Teletalk service charge) payable via Teletalk prepaid mobile SMS. A reduced fee of BDT 56 applies for ethnic minority, physically challenged, and third-gender applicants.
