Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline / Master's / MBA (Major in Human Resource Management) from any reputed university
- Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM from BIMS will be considered an added advantage
Experience Requirements
- Total Experience: 8 to 15 years in relevant HR roles
- Industry Preference: Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
- Minimum Managerial Experience: At least 3 years in a Manager-level HR role in a reputed Group of Companies or FMCG industry
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Align HR strategy with the overall business objectives of the Group
- Drive organizational growth through efficient workforce planning
- Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and SOPs in compliance with local laws and organizational objectives
- Improve organizational structure and workflow across business units
Talent Management
- Ensure recruitment of the right person for the right position through effective management of the HR team
- Plan succession for key positions across the Group
- Ensure retention of top talent and strengthen a performance-driven culture
Performance & Development
- Develop KPI-based performance management systems
- Organize leadership development programs
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and design and implement training plans with input from business heads while managing costs to budget
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage the employee benefit and compensation program across the Group
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Handle grievance and disciplinary matters across the Group, including factory operations
- Co-ordinate with relevant government authorities on HR and compliance matters
- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (Amended 2013) and Labor Rules 2015
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with functional heads to ensure effective cross-functional staffing and manpower utilization
- Ensure HR plans are flexible enough to support business changes as they arise
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time
Additional Requirements
- Age between 30 to 40 years
- Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (Amendment 2013) and Labor Rules 2015
- Progressive attitude with sensitivity toward human issues and employee concerns
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new HR practices and systems
- Ability to customize HR approaches to reflect organizational culture across a diversified group
