Upload your recent colour photo (height 300 × width 300 px) and signature (height 300 × width 80 px). Photo max size 100 KB; signature max size 60 KB.

Submit the form. After submission, check the Application Preview — once submitted, no changes can be made. Print/save a copy of the completed form for your records.

After submission you will receive a User ID on your Teletalk prepaid number. Pay the exam fee via SMS within 72 hours using the steps below.

After payment, you will receive a Password via SMS. Keep both your User ID and Password safe — you will need them to download your admit card.

Documents required on exam day

No documents needed at the time of online application — bring originals to the viva voce

  • Copies of all educational and experience certificates
  • 1 set of attested copies of all documents certified by a 1st class gazetted officer, plus 3 passport-size photos
  • Permanent residence certificate issued by Union Parishad Chairman / Ward Councillor / Mayor / City Corporation
  • Freedom Fighter certificate (if applicable) issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs
  • Certificate from the relevant District Commissioner (if from a small ethnic community)
  • Certificate from the Department of Social Services (if physically challenged or 3rd gender)
  • No-objection/release letter from current employer (for candidates already employed in government/semi-govt service)
  • Valid National Identity Card (original + 1 attested copy certified by a 1st class gazetted officer)
