Job Positions & Responsibilities
Grameen Bank is recruiting trained engineering graduates to support its field operations and infrastructure projects, including rural and urban development initiatives. The engineers will be expected to perform technical duties, assist with planning and implementation of local projects, and deliver engineering support services to bank branches and partner communities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
- Candidates must have minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in engineering activities
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered under certain training or apprenticeship schemes
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of practical engineering experience related to construction, infrastructure development, or project coordination is required
- Ability to work in diverse project settings across rural and urban regions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Age Limit
- Maximum age 32 years at the time of application (as per circular guidelines)
